Heir of the oldest starred dynasty of France, dated 1929, Georges Blanc consecrates his talent in 1981, receiving the third Michelin star and the title of Chef of the Year in the Gault et Millau guide, which a few years later gave him the highest score ever awarded in its history.

His respectful approach of tradition, yet innovative and extremely personal, leads him to be at the head of one of France’s most important gastronomic empires: 11 restaurants and 4 Relais & Châteaux including the one in Vonnas that bears his name, considered the temple of the culinary excellence of France.
