At just 27, the young and beautiful Giulia Cerboneschi has been awarded the title “best emerging pastry chef 2016” by Gambero Rosso, and has guided throughout 2016 the dynamic team of La Dolce Locanda, sought after pastry shop in the heart of Verona.
It was immediately awarded the “Due Torte” with a score of 82 points, and in its well-kept space Giulia recorded the first edition of the “Sweet Giulia” program, broadcast on the satellite channel Gambero Rosso Channel, and now in its third edition .
In 2017 Giulia launched herself in the adventure of one of her personal projects, and together with her partner and friend Francesca, inaugurated in Manerba del Garda Creazioni Caffè, a space where she expresses her concept of pastry, but where it is possible to taste refined and excellent savory dishes, where the excellence of the raw material and a great passion for food are the masters. In 2018, just one year after its opening, CREAZIONI won the “novelty of the year” award of the Gambero Rosso Pasticceri & Pasticcerie 2019 guide.
